Run your clients’ ecommerce brands from one place

Every client brand gets all of Kreel: Creative Intelligence for its Meta and TikTok ads, Shopify, Google, Klaviyo and GA4 beside them, and your team’s own ChatGPT or Claude reading the same numbers. On top, Portfolio ranks the brands by what needs attention, and client reports go out as a link with your logo and colours.

Each client brand, with all of Kreel

Open any brand and you get the whole product. Its Meta and TikTok ads sit in the creative gallery, staged as Testing, Scaling, Winner, Fatiguing or Kill by that brand’s own rules, with AI tags showing which hooks, formats and angles return. Its Shopify sales, margin, customers and stock sit next to Meta, Google and TikTok spend and every Klaviyo campaign and flow. Brand Knowledge keeps each client’s targets, positioning and voice, so your AI answers about that client’s brand.

Agencies get one comparison a single brand can’t: each Klaviyo flow is measured against the median of the same flow type across your other brands, once you have five or more.

Every client brand on one screen

Each brand shows revenue, ad spend, MER, orders and new-customer share against the previous period, a 13-week revenue line, and month-to-date pace against its plan or targets. Brands stay in their own currencies, and Kreel only totals brands that share a currency, revenue rules and time zone. The ones that need you rise to the top, each with its reason in words (“Meta needs re-authorization”, “Meta sync failed 17 Sep 12:03”, “Revenue 8% behind September plan pace”, “15 critical findings”). A strip at the top counts the brands off pace, with stale data, with a report due or needing re-authorisation, and each count filters the list.

Small chips on every row say what’s ready and what isn’t: how fresh the data is, whether margin can be reported yet, which core email flows are missing, how many critical findings and approvals are waiting, and when the next report is due.

One morning email for every client

The agency daily digest lists every brand you follow in one email, busiest first, each on its own reporting date and in its own currency: findings, revenue, orders, ad spend, MER and contribution after ads. A brand whose day hasn’t landed yet shows as pending instead of holding up the email.

The agency daily digest settings on Portfolio (send hour, timezone) with today’s rows previewed: one row per client brand, busiest first, starting with Northlight, each with its findings, net revenue, orders, ad spend, MER and contribution after ads in its own currency and on its own reporting date; Atelier Noma, Coastline, Ember Goods show as pending data, their day not in yet. Client reports with your logo

When a client wants the numbers, each brand’s weekly brief goes out as a password-protected link with your agency’s logo and colours, in one click. For a fuller report, your AI writes it from a template (client weekly report, monthly board summary, quarterly business review) and, with approval on (the default on the Agency plan), holds it as a draft until an owner or admin approves it. Client contacts can get the weekly digest by email without a login. If a report needs fixing, a correction keeps the client’s link working.

Reports carry a small “Powered by Kreel” and live on reports.kreel.ai, so they’re branded, not white-label.

Access scoped to the brands each person works on

Invite strategists, media buyers and freelancers as admins, members or viewers. Owners and admins see every brand; members and viewers see only the brands you give them. A client who wants to log in gets a viewer seat for their own brand, and viewers are read-only: an AI connection or API key a viewer creates can only read their own brand. The audit log records who changed access, connections and billing, and the agent activity log records every call an AI made.

What it needs

  • Two or more brands for Portfolio to have something to rank.
  • Shopify on each brand for revenue, orders and MER, plus whichever ad and email platforms the client uses.
  • Monthly targets or a budget plan per brand for pace and the “off pace” filter.

Questions about Kreel, answered plainly

All questions

Can my clients log in?

Yes, as viewers who see only their own brand. Each client login uses a seat. Sharing a report link or sending the weekly digest doesn’t.

Is it white-label?

No. Reports carry your logo, name and colours with a small “Powered by Kreel”, on reports.kreel.ai, with no custom domain.

Can a freelancer see only two of my brands?

Yes. Give them member or viewer access to just those brands.

What happens to our data when we disconnect or leave?

Disconnecting a source deletes its credentials at once and stops syncing; its data is kept for 90 days in case you reconnect, then purged. Deleting a brand purges its data and stored files. Published reports stay until you delete them, and they go dark if your subscription lapses.

Kreel was built inside an agency. Who can see our clients’ data?

In your workspace, you choose who sees what: owners and admins see every brand, members and viewers only the brands you give them. Kreel’s terms commit it to protecting your confidential information and disclosing it only to personnel who need it to provide the service. Under the data processing agreement, Kreel processes personal data only on your documented instructions, and the personnel authorised to process it are bound by confidentiality.
