The email next to the numbers it earned

Open a campaign and the email it sent sits beside its results: subject, preview text and sender, every A/B variation, then recipients, unique opens and clicks, revenue per recipient, unsubscribes and bounces, compared with the ten campaigns sent before it on the same channel, email or SMS. Flow messages open the same way, so you can read abandoned-checkout email 2 as it stands today.

It’s a preview, not each recipient’s copy: personalisation shows its default and dynamic blocks show how they look now.

Five core flows, and which ones are missing

Welcome, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase and winback: Kreel checks which of them are live and how much of the last 90 days’ flow revenue each type earned. A flow sitting in draft counts as missing. Open a flow to see which message does the work, with each message’s revenue, its share of the flow and a trend line. If you run five or more brands, each flow is also compared with the median of the same flow type across them.

That comparison only uses brands in your own workspace; there’s no industry benchmark.

Deliverability by inbox provider

Open engagement, bounce rate and spam rate for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Apple and the rest, each against the previous period in percentage points, with hard and soft bounces split out and the campaigns behind them. When a send’s bounce or spam rate jumps against your earlier campaigns, it shows up in the email page’s “What changed” rail and in the daily alert, for example a reactivation send whose bounce rate rose 446% against the account’s earlier campaign sends (0.62% → 3.40%).

Covers the last 56 days, email only.

SMS beside email

Klaviyo SMS campaigns and SMS steps in flows sit next to email, with a channel switch on the campaign and flow tables and revenue per recipient for each channel. Revenue per recipient is never blended across the two. SMS has no opens or bounces, so those cells say “not reported” instead of zero.

Every “Flash sale” send, against the period before

Every campaign and every flow sits in a sortable table with totals worked out from the underlying counts. Filter by Klaviyo tag or tick a few sends, and Kreel sums them into one weighted group against the previous period.

Northlight’s email campaigns filtered to the Flash sale tag, last 90 days: the filtered group analysis (Weighted campaign totals for Jun 19, 2026 – Sep 16, 2026) sums them into one weighted group, sends, delivered, unique opens and clicks with their weighted rates, conversions and revenue (€4,201 against €4,990) against the previous period, above the campaigns table. What it needs

  • Klaviyo, connected through Klaviyo’s own sign-in. Kreel only reads from it. Several Klaviyo accounts per brand work.
  • Shopify (optional) for email’s share of store revenue.
  • Five or more brands with Klaviyo in one workspace for flow comparisons across brands.

Questions about Kreel, answered plainly

All questions

Does Kreel send or change anything in Klaviyo?

No. Kreel only reads from Klaviyo and never writes to it: it doesn’t create, edit, schedule or send anything.

Why is email revenue shown next to store revenue instead of inside it?

Email revenue is what Klaviyo credits to your sends under its own attribution window, and other platforms can credit the same orders. Kreel labels it as Klaviyo’s figure and shows it next to store revenue without adding the two together.

Are open and click rates unique?

Yes: unique opens and unique clicks over delivered emails.

How far back does the history go?

Your full Shopify order history, up to two years for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and GA4, and up to 365 days for Klaviyo. Google search-term and keyword detail covers the last 30 days, email deliverability the last 56 days, and Klaviyo list sizes start the day Kreel first records them, because Klaviyo doesn’t keep list history. The most recent 30 days arrive first and older history fills in behind them.

Does the deliverability view cover SMS?

No. Deliverability, audience growth and the digests are email only.
