How do I get access?
Kreel is in private beta. Request beta access and we onboard operators and agencies directly.

Is there a free plan?
Beta access includes a demo workspace with sample ecommerce data so you can try the prompts and report output. Live Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, and Google syncs run on a paid plan once you are onboarded.

Can I switch plans later?
Yes, up or down, any time. Prorated automatically.

How is Kreel priced?
By the number of brand workspaces you run and the seats on your team — not by API calls or connections. Operator covers one brand, Team up to three, Agency up to ten (extra brands at €39/mo). Add seats as your team grows.

Do you offer annual pricing?
Coming shortly. Annual plans will carry a standard discount.

Are there usage or API-call limits?
No. Pricing is simply the number of brands and seats — query as much history as you like, run as many reports and agent calls as you need. Add a brand or a seat whenever your team grows.
