Are you still advertising a product that’s about to run out?

Kreel works out the days of stock left for every product and shows the Meta ad spend still pointed at the ones running low. The same pages show what sold, what was discounted, what came back and which markets are growing.

Days of cover for every product

For each product, Kreel takes the sales of the last 28 complete days, works out the daily velocity and divides the stock on hand by it. Kreel flags products at or under your threshold (14 days unless you change it), marks them critical at half that, and flags stock that isn’t selling as dead stock. Where a Meta ad links to the product, the row shows how much is being spent on it per day, for example €330.99 a day on a product with 4.36 days of cover.

Linked ad spend covers Meta only, and it depends on Kreel’s creative tagger having linked the ad to the product. Kreel flags the problem; pausing the ad is still your call.

Return rates against the store average

The Products table shows each product’s return rate (refunded units over units sold in the period) as a multiple of the store average. Kreel flags the products well above it, as a warning at twice the average and as critical at three times, with minimum volumes so a quiet week doesn’t set it off. If the product is still advertised on Meta, the flag says so and shows the spend per day.

In your own wordsWhat do customers buy after the Aurora Renewal Serum? Which products are bought together?

Every prompt runs in your Claude or ChatGPT. Kreel never writes to your store or ad accounts.

Questions about Kreel, answered plainly

All questions

Does Kreel pause the ads when stock runs low?

No. Kreel never writes to Meta or Shopify. It shows the spend going to the product and flags it; you or your media buyer decide.

Why doesn't the Products total match the Performance headline?

Product revenue is merchandise only and leaves out shipping, which can’t be split across products. The Performance headline follows the revenue rules you set for the brand.

Does the linked ad spend cover Google and TikTok?

No. Linked ad spend covers Meta only, and it relies on the creative tagger linking each ad to a product, so the page says how many at-risk products have a link.

We sell the same products in two stores. Do they count twice?

No. Listings that share a SKU merge into one product across the brand’s stores, and you can merge, split or exclude listings by hand.
