Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to remove your data from Kreel. You can delete (a) a single connected platform, (b) a brand, or (c) your entire account and all associated data.

Delete a single connected platform

Sign in at app.kreel.ai.
Open Connections.
Click Revoke next to the platform you want to remove (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Google Analytics 4).

Revoking deletes Kreel's stored credential for that platform at once and stops syncing. The data Kreel already synced from it is kept for 90 days in case you reconnect, then permanently deleted; you can ask for immediate deletion at any time (see below).

For Shopify and Klaviyo, Kreel also revokes its access on the platform's side. For Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and TikTok it doesn't, so remove Kreel's access in that platform's own settings as well (for Google Ads and Google Analytics 4, in your Google account's third-party access settings).

Delete a brand

Sign in at app.kreel.ai as an owner of the workspace.
Open Settings for the brand.
Scroll to Danger zone and click Delete brand.
Type the brand's exact name to confirm.

The brand disappears from every surface at once. Its synced platform data, stored reports and ad creative files are then purged, and API keys bound to that brand are removed, except records that must be retained for legal or billing obligations.

Delete your entire Kreel account

Email privacy@kreel.ai from the address registered on your account with the subject line Delete my account. We acknowledge within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Deletion removes your authentication record, all workspaces you own, and all connected-platform data. Billing records required by French and EU tax law are retained for up to 10 years and are accessible only to authorized personnel.

Delete data originating from Meta

If you specifically want to remove Meta-originating data (Facebook or Instagram ad accounts, insights, or Pages data accessed through your Kreel integration):

Follow the steps above under Delete a single connected platform, choosing Meta.
Kreel deletes its stored Meta credential but doesn't revoke the access on Meta's side, so also remove Kreel from your connected apps at facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools.
For a written confirmation of deletion, email privacy@kreel.ai with the Meta account identifier.

Delete data originating from Shopify

Uninstalling the Kreel app from your Shopify admin triggers Shopify privacy webhooks, including customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact. Kreel validates the Shopify HMAC signature, records each delivery idempotently, and processes applicable deletion or export work.
