Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to remove your data from Kreel. You can delete (a) a single connected platform, (b) a workspace, or (c) your entire account and all associated data.

Delete a single connected platform

  1. Sign in at app.kreel.ai.
  2. Open Integrations.
  3. Click Disconnect next to the platform you want to remove (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google).

Disconnecting revokes the OAuth token and schedules deletion of that platform's data from Kreel within 30 days. A confirmation email is sent when deletion completes.

Delete a workspace

  1. Sign in at app.kreel.ai.
  2. Open Settings → Workspace.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and click Delete workspace.
  4. Type the workspace name to confirm.

All connected-platform data, members, and API keys tied to the workspace are removed within 30 days.

Delete your entire Kreel account

Email privacy@kreel.ai from the address registered on your account with the subject line Delete my account. We acknowledge within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Deletion removes your authentication record, all workspaces you own, and all connected-platform data. Billing records required by French and EU tax law are retained for up to 10 years in an archival store; these are accessible only to finance personnel.

Delete data originating from Meta

If you specifically want to remove Meta-originating data (Facebook or Instagram ad accounts, insights, or Pages data accessed through your Kreel integration):

  1. Follow the steps above under Delete a single connected platform, choosing Meta.
  2. Alternatively, remove Kreel from your connected apps at facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools.
  3. For a written confirmation of deletion, email privacy@kreel.ai with the Meta account identifier.

Delete data originating from Shopify

Uninstalling the Kreel app from your Shopify admin triggers Shopify's app/uninstalled, customers/redact, and shop/redact webhooks. Kreel processes these within 48 hours, after which shop and customer data associated with that Shopify store is deleted.

Response time and confirmation

Requests are handled within 30 days. On completion you receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within that window, contact privacy@kreel.ai and we will investigate.
